To re-position TT as a ”mellanöl” we launched Mellanölsveckan - a week-long celebration of food and beer pairings in partnership with key on-trade partners. TT presented special menues of re-worked classic dishes from the Swedish food history. All dishes composed to fit nicely with a TT Mellanöl. Participating restaurants was Bleck, Bananas and Carousel.
